1. Information We Collect

We collect your name, email address, phone number and game activity to provide and improve our services. When you pay through Sadid we also record the amount, what it was for, and a masked reference to the card used. Your full card number is entered on our payment provider's page and is not stored by Sadid.

2. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used to match you with games and venues, process bookings, and display your name to other players in games you join.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share limited booking information with venue operators to fulfil reservations, and the details needed to take payment — your name, email address and phone number — with SkipCash, our payment provider.

4. Data Retention

Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, personal data is removed within 30 days.

5. Your Rights

You may request a copy of your data, correct inaccuracies, or delete your account at any time through Settings. See account deletion for the full process.
