1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading and using Sadid, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please uninstall the app.

2. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials.

3. Bookings & Payments

Pitch bookings, game fees and tournament entry fees are paid through Sadid. Payments are processed by SkipCash, a payment provider licensed by the Qatar Central Bank. Prices are set by the venue or organizer; Sadid adds a service fee, which is included in the total shown to you before you confirm. All charges are in Qatari Riyal (QAR).

Card details are entered on SkipCash's secure payment page. Sadid does not receive or store your full card number.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation windows and refund eligibility are set by each venue or organizer and are shown to you before you pay. If a booking, game or tournament is cancelled by the venue or organizer, you receive a full refund.

If you cancel, the venue's or organizer's policy applies. Approved refunds are returned to the card you paid with and may take several business days to appear, depending on your bank.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to use the platform for any unlawful purpose. Abusive behavior, cheating, or harassment will result in account suspension. Users may report violations through the in-app reporting feature.

6. Limitation of Liability

Sadid is a platform that connects players with venues and game organizers. We are not liable for injuries, disputes, or damages that occur during games or at venue facilities.
